SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE'
Ingredients:
4 sweet pototoes
1 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup fat free Smart Beat Butter (squeeze kind if you can find it)
1 Cup chopped nuts
Cinnamon to Taste
1/4 Cup Sweet n Low Brown Sugar
Directions:
Bake Sweet potatoes and then peel
In a bowl mix potatoes, Splenda and butter (add a little cinnamon if you want)
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, nuts, butter to taste, cinnamon with hands until crumbly
In a pan, place sweet potatoes then top with brown sugar mixture
Bake until hot in a 400 degree oven
