| 4 sweet pototoes | |
| 1 Cup Splenda | |
| 1/2 Cup fat free Smart Beat Butter (squeeze kind if you can find it) | |
| 1 Cup chopped nuts | |
| Cinnamon to Taste | |
| 1/4 Cup Sweet n Low Brown Sugar | |
| Directions: | |
| Bake Sweet potatoes and then peel | |
| In a bowl mix potatoes, Splenda and butter (add a little cinnamon if you want) | |
| In a small bowl mix brown sugar, nuts, butter to taste, cinnamon with hands until crumbly | |
| In a pan, place sweet potatoes then top with brown sugar mixture | |
| Bake until hot in a 400 degree oven | |
