serving of chopped fruit (apples, bananas, strawberries, etc.)

package of no calorie sweetener

tsp of cinnamon

tsp of fat free sour cream
Non fat cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray pan with spray
2. Heat pan on medium
3. Whisk egg whites together and pour into pan
4. Cook like an omelet until golden
5. Add cottage cheese, fruit, sweetener, cinnamon
6. Fold like an omelet or burrito
7. Top with Sour cream
8. Eat
