1 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 servings of salmon fillets
1 Tsp chopped pecans
2 Tsp parsley
½ cup Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix honey and mustard and spread on Salmon. Sprinkle Salmon with the crumb mixture of
pecans, parsley, crumbs, salt, pepper.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Serve a portion of carbs.
