RHONDA’S UNBEATABLE VEGGIE BURGER DELIGHT

 

Ingredients:

 

1 Whole Wheat English Muffin

1 Morning Star Farms Low Fat Garden Veggie Patties

1 TBS Athenos Orginal Flavor Hummus

1 Swirl of Mustard

3 Cucumber slices

1 Tomato slice

 

Preparation:

 

Toast English Muffin until lightly brown

Microwave Veggie Patty until hot

Spread Hummus on both sides of english muffin

Place Heated Veggie Patty on bottom side of english muffin

Swirl Mustard on Veggie Patty

Place tomato slice on Veggie Patty

Place cucumber slices on Veggie Patty

Place top side of english muffin on Veggie Patty

Eat slowly to enjoy the wonderful, fabulous flavor longer!
